Looks like you have a good start on the situation. My two variegated seedlings are extremely slow in growing. They are also too white but fish emulsion should help. Nancy

Hi Barbara! :) These seedlings are growing by leaps and bounds... am thinking they will need 'pricking out' into fresh soil in the next week or ten days. They are twice as large as in the photo....

Reading that Nancy placed her seedling about 2" from the light tubes, I put an upside down saucer under the seedlings to raise them higher.  They were not quite 2" but closer.Here they are on 8/24,...
